The EFFC: A New Momentum for African Finance

In the margins of the 61st Annual Meetings of the Board of Governors of the African Development Bank Group and the 52nd Annual Meetings of the African Development Fund, the FAGACE and ETC – Export Trading & Cooperation will officially inaugurate the EFFC in Brazzaville.

This new financial excellence platform is part of an ambitious vision: strengthening Africa’s financing capacity through innovative, secure, and context-adapted mechanisms.

The EFFC aims to sustainably support:

• strategic infrastructure financing;
• private credit risk protection;
• financial institutions’ resilience;
• the growth of Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Aligned with the NAFAD framework, this initiative brings together institutions, decision-makers, and financial actors around a shared priority: building a resilient, sovereign, and impact-driven African financial system.
